Manuel V. Pangilinan, Chairman

Manuel V. Pangilinan sits at the helm of Metro Pacific Investments Foundation (MPIF) as its Chairman.

Mr. Pangilinan finished his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University where he graduated cum laude. He pursued his Master of Business Administration in the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce as a Procter & Gamble Fellow.

Melody M. Del Rosario, President

Melody M. Del Rosario has been with the MVP Group for 28 years, currently serving as the Vice President of Public Relations & Corporate Communications. She became the President of the Foundation in 2018.

She has institutionalized long running programs and legacy projects with coastal communities under MPIC’s “Shore it Up” in order to raise the environmental awareness, increase mangrove propagations and offset carbon footprints.

Jose Ma. K. Lim, Trustee

Jose Ma. K. Lim is the former President & CEO of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation who currently functions as a consultant for the company. He served as MPIF’s president until 2017 and is the main proponent of MPIF’s Annual Excellence Fund program with Mano Amiga Academy.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Ateneo de Manila University and his Master of Business Administration degree from the Asian Institute of Management.

Chaye A. Cabal-Revilla, Trustee

June Cheryl Cabal-Revilla is the Chief Finance, Sustainability, and Risk Officer of the Metro Pacific Investments Corporation. Prior to MPIC, she held key positions in the PLDT Group, including: Senior Vice President; Group Controller of PLDT, Inc.; Chief Finance Officer of Smart Communications, Inc; Chief Sustainability Officer of the PLDT Group; and Chief Finance Officer/Treasurer of PLDT-Smart Foundation.

Mrs. Cabal-Revilla earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from De La Salle University and her Master of Business Management from Asian Institute of Management. She also attended the Stanford Executive Program of Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Ramoncito S. Fernandez, Trustee

Ramoncito Fernandez is the President and CEO of Maynilad Water Services Inc. He has been serving as a Director for Metro Pacific Investments Corporation since 2009.

Mr. Fernandez earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management Engineering from De La Salle University, obtained his Master of Business Management from Asian Institute of Management, and completed the Advance Management Program of IESE Spain.

Marlito N. Guidote, Independent Trustee

Marlito N. Guidote is appointed as the Independent Trustee of Metro Pacific Investments Foundation (MPIF).

He is currently the Deputy Chief of Party for the Philippines Sustainable Interventions on Biodiversity, Oceans and Landscapes- USAID Philippines, Research Triangle Institute, International. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Coastal Conservation Education Foundation and a Certified Security Professional of the Philippine Society for Industrial Security. His expertise in environmental protection working along PNP Maritime, the Philippine Coast Guard and other government agencies and NGOs will boost MPIF’s objective of environmental protection, primarily focusing on safeguarding the Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) in its partner sites. Beyond this, his extensive experience in coastal resource management helps ensure the proper management for marine ecosystems along coastal areas in all partner communities of MPIF.
